About us

The METROPOLITAN JAZZ COMMUNITY is a registered non-profit association. According to our statute it‘s our goal of enriching, supporting and promoting the jazz and small art scene, particulary the jazz youngsters, in Neckarsulm and surroundings. For that purpose we organize monthly club concerts (mostly friday evening, 8 pm). As venue we chose the fantastic premises of the HITZFELDER (Saalbau) restaurant in Neckarsulm (see Location). Generally the events are public, club-internal events (e.g. trips to jazz events, musical excursions and cultural trips) are primarily only accessible to members.

A limited number of member seats are available. The yearly fee amounts 120 Euro. For this you and your partner recieve free entrance to our monthly events. Members also recieve automatically our electronic club post (newsletter) and have exclusively the chance to take place in special activities.

If you want to become a member, please print the Application for membership (Aufnahmeantrag) and send it completely filled and signed back to us.

The regular program of the METROPOLITAN JAZZ COMMUNITY allows solely LIVE MUSIC of national and international artists and focuses on Jazz, Dixieland, Swing and Blues. Depending on the availability you may look forward to music of other styles.
